Similar video files on other drives seem to work okay.
Doesn't really sound like the symptoms of a faulty drive. Copy those exact same files to another drive and then you will know. If they're part of an existing project then copy the project and relink the offline files.
Did that, and things seems to have cleared up. Never been a tech guy. A disadvantage for lone wolves like me. Now to figure out why my wireless mouse has a mind of its own. 😗 Thanks for your help Nick.
