Stuck (NOT FROZEN) when Rendering in Vegas Pro 19

This is what I'm working with...

i7-10750H CPU

16 GB RAM Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti (v516.94)

I use VEGAS Pro 19 to edit sermons for our church. This program has worked great up until Tuesday when I was editing a video and when rendering it completely stops rendering, usually around 3-4% (I've tried multiple videos including old videos I had previously edited). I am trying to render using these settings...

MAGIX AVC/AAC MP4 | 1080p (29.97 fps) | VBR 10mil MAX 2mil AVG | Audio 128 Kbps

This issue come up so suddenly. I have up to date drivers for graphics card. I have reinstalled VEGAS. I have restarted PC several times... Not sure what to do to fix this and get back to rendering videos. Everything else works great until I go to render.

Also if I cancel the rendering process it will freeze up the whole program and the only way to stop it is to end task in task manager. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!

Do you have enough space on your renderlocation?

Yes, I render to my OneDrive and have 500Gb free in there. I have also tried rendering to a couple different locations to make sure that wasn't the problem but it is always the same result.

No idea what it could be.
To be sure you not have altered by accident an important setting for rendering you could try to reset the program, what is better than to reinstall. Follow therefore exactly this: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/

I jsut tried that and was able to reset the program but it still is binding up, this time it was at 0%, almost immediately when rendering starts. CPU usage is at 8.4% and disc is .71% but remaining and elapsed time are both stuck.
