when using Studio RGB to Computer RGB, of course, my clip looks better on my computer screen but gets too dark on the NTSC (in this case a TV) screen.

my question is, if the project is going to be viewd mainly on LCD TVs will that be the equivilant of how it looks in vegas with Studio RGB to Computer RGB applied of will it look NTSC LCD (if that even exists)

Im getting an lcd tv to test but dont have one yet and dont know the difference between computer monitor and tv when it come to this effect.

The first difference here is that the NTSC TV assumes 7.5 IRE setup, so when you hook up your computer video that has a 0IRE black level (hopefully) it will look too dark.

Some LCD TVs have a menu choice for 0IRE or 7.5IRE setup, but this isn't common yet.

If it's an HDTV display screen, you'll be fine with Computer RGB, because if it's HDTV capable, it's setup for ITU 709, allowing it to go to superblack/(0) The beauty of ITU 709 is it's an international standard now, and one that vid cams, still cams, scanners, printers, etc will eventually all adhere to. Most do now.
If you want to get into the grit of it, look at the SMPTE site or ATSC.org site for more information on the colorspace.
