Did your camcorder record the ambient audio on a separate track/channel from the wireless mic? If so, it's on that channel. For example, if you plugged the wireless mic into only the left channel then the right channel would probably have the sound from the camcorder's mic.

If you only have one mic connector on the camcorder then probably the only audio recorded was from the wireless mic.

This is a good reason to *always* use a backup recorder. I have a little digital media player with a built in mic. I can set that up on the podium or in a flower pot near the couple and it will record everything in that area. Start it up half an hour before the wedding and just let it run. It's a life saver. Before i had that i used to stick a spare cruddy camcorder up in the front of the church somewhere with a 2 hour tape in it and use that just for the audio.
