Change your first subtitle to format you want (italics, bold, etc) then right click on that title and select Apply Formatting to Selected Tracks.

That should do it.

But I need italic only in some subtitles in one track, not in whole track...

Then you are stuck doing it one at a time.

DVD Architect can not retrieve the information, which subtitle should be italic, from subtitle.txt file?

Subtitle creation by various methods (read that software apps free and pay for) can achieve various functionality including formatting.
However, just because you can do this, does not necessarily mean that the app you are using (in this case DVDAPro by SCS) can actually interpret all of these elements by direct importation in the the authoring app!
You are left with the methods described heretofore!
