Suggested template for stickies...

I was over at the Adobe Lightroom forum and noticed what they consider relevant stickies. While I realize that not everything applies, I think some of these types of links could be valuably implemented here by ForumAdmin without too much fuss:

They sticky stuff that's relevant (like patches, new releases, etc). When it's old news then it's no longer stickied. Those themselves take up 8 threads at the top and the last thing I would want when I go here is scrolling through a page of stickies that I don't care about.
