Sorry if this is not the right place to post. I have Platinum 9 version. I and was considering upgrading to HD 10. I tried to e-mail support to ask some questions, such as did DVD Architect 5 come with this upgrade or did you have to upgrade to the Suite. Every time I tried to e-mail I received an error that the Internal Server was down. I have tried with Internet Explorer and FireFox, so I don't know if this is on my end or theirs. I do not want to purchase a product if I cannot get support. Has anyone else had this problem. Also do you think Version 10 is worth the upgrade? Thanks.

Since you have a question, you should contact Customer Service:

http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/support/contactus.asp

If the email route isn't working for you now, give them a call.

DVD Architect Studio 5 does come with the HD 10 upgrade. The Suite version comes with a few extra things but DVDA comes with both.

For me, I upgraded from v8 so it was worth the upgrade for me. If you're in the US you can upgrade to VMSP 10 HD for $39.95, or upgrade to the VMSP 10 HD Production Suite for $49.95 through the end of June. But you have to had signed up to receive emails from SCS. If you didn't get the email, contact Customer Service.

As for support, you can contact SCS, but you can also post here. We users are here to help too.

Thanks for your reply MSmart. That was the way I was trying to reach Customer Support, through the E-mail form. After I filled out the form and hit send it gave me the error. I called the number the last couple of days but each time the recording says there is an overload of calls and to us the online support. But you have answered my question. As I said my biggest concern now is if I do upgrade and have problems will I be able to contact them. Thanks again.
