We don't encode audio for surround, so if you are thinking of using
the SB Lives support for Surround, no, Vegas cann't help you here.

You can set up a surround mixer in such that you can have multiple
busses and mix to those busses as if they were 5.1 for example.

Vegas support every card . But do not surport its FX .

There are already tools that will permit you to encode for surround -
our SoftEncode product for example.

Perhaps I am not clear on exactly what it is you want to be able to
do. Could you offer me an example of how you'd like to work in Vegas
to create Surround content?

The more details you can offer the better.
