SVP13 build 444 and Track Motion Issue

Hi,

Problem: Unstable render - flashing of underlying video track

Request: Can you recreate this situation? Any ideas for a work around (barring resizing the pngs in photo editor)?

Process:
In a fresh new project...

Using a still (*.png) in a video track (call it png track) above a video+audio (*.mov) track (call it mov track)
On the (entire) png track, clicked track motion, change...
>> position size to 1600w x 900 h,
>> check 2D shadow, settings 100% Blur+ 100% Intensity , color black
>> check 2D glow, setting 100% Blur + 0% Intensity, color white

Plays in the edit mode.

However, when rendering to main concept 720p, small loop region starting before the *.png but at least into or past *.png file... As soon as the render starts the segment with the *.png, the gradient background (created by the above settings) starts flashing sizes and occasionally showing the video below in the mov track.

History:
Used these settings all the time with SVP11. It is very helpful when editing a presentation with power point slides exported to *.pngs... because you don't have to drag in or create backgrounds for each slide.

We recently upgraded to SVP13

Tried so far:

ctrl+shift+double click desktop icon, click to delete cache, to start SVP13...
Started new files so no corruption or previous settings coming from the previous SVP11.
removed SVP11
deleted all Sony appdata\roaming files
reinstalled SVP13

Thanks for your assistance!
