SVP13 - Render setting - Format options issue

Hi, I'm hoping someone might be able to help with this.

I'm trying to set up a custom render tempalte for Vimeo based on "Alex's" recommended settings (https://vimeo.com/album/2205790/video/40331922). For some reason when I go to the Sony AVC/MCD tempaletes and try to customize as per Alex's instructions I can't access the Format options on the System tab.

Any ideas why this might be and how to fix it?

Any recomendations for high quality Vimeo 720p render settings?

In Vegas Pro 13 (likely 12, also), the format is already set to .mp4 in the Sony AVC/MVC / Internet 1280x720-30p and the Internet 1920x1080-30p render templates. Sony added pre-configured templates for Internet upload. If you use that template as a starting point you'll likely only have to change the target video and audio bit rate and the audio sample rate.
