Swapping Enter and Spacebar keys

Hello, I found the preference in Options to get the spacebar to play/pause. Does anyone know how I can get Enter (or some other key) to play/stop so I have the option of returning to the cursor's starting point? After making the change both the spacebar and the enter key are doing the same thing.

All shortcut keys are fully customizable.

Options->Customize Keyboard

Thanks, I looked at that but I couldn't find which command I needed and how to make a key toggle. Also when ever I've tried setting a shortcut Vegas tells me I need to use ctrl or alt and won't let me assign a single key.
