Hi there,

I'm working on some movies for a client that has an elearning website that is built in flash. My output from Vegas is in a very hight quality HD MP4 format (or whatever I can export) but my client says his site needs SWF files.

I've tried to convert the testmovie into SWF with AVS4YOU but it looks terrible.

So my questions are :

- How do i convert an MP4 movie into an SWF in the same quality (if its even possible?)

- does anyone know if its maybe possible to work with embedded video in flash? I think it would be much easier for the serverload also to put the movies on Youtube or Vimeo and stream them from there, or is this a stupid idea?
