The switches they're talking about are found when you right-click on a video event to edit. You'll see Switches as one of your options, but not the resampling switch that is supposed to be there. Anyone know why that is? I'm having a great deal of trouble trying to fix flicker in my scrolling credits (black on white - don't want to change the black background).
