System: i7 7700 32 gig ram AMD 480 8 gig of ram, SSD Windows 10 PRO, Gx8 UHD 4K files, second monitor 4K TV

About 50% of the time when I switch to dual monitor V16 just goes to zero percentage usage. Nothing else running on the computer. Restart and then it works. Most of my stuff is 10-15 second clips. reproducible error.
