I put a CD soundtrack together and a group did a live drama to the soundtrack. I shot one performance from one angle, another from another angle. The same canon mini DV cam, and the same CD playing the soundtrack in the same CD player.

When I put it together, the two DVs are slightly out of sinc the whole way through, get it lined up one place, it is off somewhere else. Both are out of sync with the CD track, which I imported for sound for the final product.

Any fix for this?

Why did it happen?

Any way I can prevent this in the future?
