Synchronizing multiple tracks in SVMS Platinum 8.0

Although I've owned version 8.0 for some time, I'm just transitioning to it from Adobe Premiere. I do find the help facility to be next to useless in many cases.

I'm trying to figure out how to synchronize entire tracks with one another so that if I insert an "event" in one track, all the other tracks ripple forward along with the track it was inserted into.

I can't believe there isn't an easy way to do this... and I can't believe none of the key search words I've used could find it in help. I don't want to group just several events in different tracks... I want to group (? synchronize) ALL the tracks in a given project so they maintain their same relative position.

TIA

Click the Auto Ripple button, or Ctrl+L.

As musicvid says, if you want all of the tracks to stay in sync, set Auto Ripple to ripple all tracks, markers and regions.

Thanks. I was using Auto Ripple but it was set to just the affected tracks. I had no idea one could change that to all tracks. I do find it strange that Sony doesn't provide any decent documentation, but the more I learn about the software, the more I like it.
