Syncing audio to video with different times

For the last pass weeks. I've been trying to sync up the eng audio with a remastered version of a movie I have. I will be very happy if I can find a guide or if someone can help me out.

can you explain a little more detailed what you're attemting to do? What is different about the "remastered" movie, as compared to the original movie? Was the ENG audio in sync with a prior version of the movie? And what do you mean by "with different times" ?
