When I am changing the velocity in the vegas video of some clips in the middle not the whole velocity od all the clip but only in the midlle of the clip the motion beginning to slow a little and the continues normal the sound doesnt match at that point and after it. Is there a way that the program automaticly matches the sound to the video clip so it will match at all the point of it? Or is there any way to adjust it manually at only that point of the sound where the video should slow down and not slow down the whole sound of the clip?

Velocity envelopes only work on the video track. Sorry.

But, if you're not doing anything too terribly fancy, another option is to use time stretching instead. Split the clip at the point where you want the speed to change, and also split it again at the end of this section. If you are slowing the clip down, drag the part after this section off to the right to give yourself some room. Use the Ctrl-drag method at the end of the section to stretch the clip out. This will adjust both the audio and the video together. You can adjust the clip by a factor of 4 either way, 25% speed to 400%. The default behavior is to preserve the pitch of the audio, and for very small adjustments this works pretty well. If you're going below about 75% or faster than about 150%, then the sound can become very robotic or metalic sounding. In these cases i would go to the audio clip's properties and turn off preserve pitch. Then the sound will rise or drop in pitch as you would expect from speeding up or slowing down.

After adjusting that section, drag the next section back so it butts up against this section.
