Take Pictures out of a 5K Video

it seems that I can not make any settings to take out a Picture out of a 5K-video (Snapshot) because the VMS allows just a 4K setting.

Any Idea?

That's correct. Einer der Unterschiede zwischen Movie Studio und Vegas Pro.
