Take question

I want to replace the source media of one of my events. I added the new media as a take, but now the event begins at the start of the media, instead of a few seconds into it, as it does with the previous take.

How can I get the event to begin at the same point in the new media, as it did in the old? (both takes are exactly the same length)

Hold down the ALT key and drag the clip left until you get to the correct starting position.

Thanks!... that seemed to do the trick... I'm not sure what I was doing exactly though, never used ALT+drag before - I'll have to look that up in the manual.

By holding down the ALT key, you are "shifting" the video that appears in the pre-defined area instead of moving the video to a new location.
