Tape Name

I diligently enter the "tape name" field under capture for SD and HD footage but it never shows up in the "tape name".

My edit workflow uses "sort by tape" with other software so I'd like this resolved if possible.

PS I can go to the bin and manually re-enter the tape name and that sticks. Strange.

Mine does.

Also if I Right Click in the space of the Project Media "tree" I get a "Search Media Bins" option, where I can select any of the fields, including "Tape Name". Once I have done that the Search is saved as a sub-bin! Neat!

I must be always doing something wrong in captue because my tape name field is ALWAYS blank. But when I do a recapture, it knows to ask for the proper tape number.
