Hello, after posting here a few days ago with some
problems, several tech support engineers contacted us from
Sonic Foundry, and spent a few days, and several hours on
the phone working with us through our problems. It was some
interaction between Windows and VV, and tech support was
VERY helpful and did all they could to get us back up and
running to meet our deadlines. We just wanted to say thanks
for the great help, and the great products!
