Technical help registering

YO!

OK so I got the upgrade when I had 12 Movie Studio to get 13+14 Movie Studio Suite. 13 immediately then 14 in February so I installed 13 and began using it immediately without any problem. I received the keys and downloads for 14 recently in an email and installed them. Now I have Win7 and had 12, 13 still installed on my computer. I set up 14 and all its "accessories" to install to a new folder. 13 never interfered with 12 so was not a problem. I went to register Vegas 14 and ....

VEGAS Movie Studio 14 Suite

VEGAS DVD Architect

Music Maker

All gave me the error code -15. Says Error code without opening the programs and kicks me out and says "There is no licence to use this Software." (Error code -15 says I have not enabled cookies) My understanding is this is because it opens a browser embedded in the program window. I have switch browsers from firefox to chrome disabled all plug-ins etc...

Now I have uninstalled Vegas MS 12 since, I need 13 to continue to do work. I have made rules for my firewall. I use ESET. Rules for every program as well as a file called ApplicationRegistration.exe and same outcome. I have changed up my firewall to interactive mode/learning mode... then I gave up and just turned the thing off, still nothing. It changed from Error Code -15 to you might not be connected to the internet. LOL

Dude I am streaming music while I do this.

Secondly for the program SmartSound® Sonicfire® Pro 6 I got it to register but then I get the following when I try to login to the program...

I went outside and made an account at the SmartSound website and tried to log into the program and that (above).

I came across this thread: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/activation-of-new-purchase--103159/

and think there is something that might be registry related....

Is anyone having this trouble???? I am frustrated. I will try reinstalling it but I don't expect any difference.

I emailed MAGIX support and got this reply which doesn't make much sense to me.....

Please try to reset your Internet Security Settings to default (via Control Panel or Internet Explorer Settings). Might be that some kind of security software changed anything.

Other possibilty can be to register the serialnumber in the Service Center directly: https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

After that the unlock might work...
