I have been having a terribly difficult time trying to capture audio. The video is fine - but the audio is a bunch of digital noise most of the time. Actually, it usually starts off as noise, and after about a minute, it sounds just fine, but after about another minute it starts clipping really badly.

I finally was able to capture an hour of video without any of the noise or clipping. I noticed that the video and audio were slightly out of synch, but I thought I could fix that afterwards. When I open up the project, it opens without any problems, however, when I click on the "play" arrow, I get the following error message:
