Hello again.

I know how to insert text, but how do you insert text right into a video clip? I have had to blend two clips together, but it doesn't look to well.

If you mean superimpose text over video, you do this by -

1. Putting the text on the track above the video

2. Making the text backround transparent. This means either selecting a text preset with the "chequerboard" background, or under the Properties tab, slide the triangle next to the vertical rectangle below "Background Color" to the bottom, which makes the background transparent.
