TEXT in architect

I've created some meu pages in both vegas and in photoshop which contain text. When I import them and burn them to disc from Architect, i'm getting jaged/rough edges on the text as an end result. How can this be avoided? Also, it has a slight blur.
From vegas, I'm rendering out as an MPEG file at the best possible quality.
Any advice?
thanks

Blurring could be the result of having the Reduce Interlace Flicker switch On in the page's properties. Of course turning it Off could create a flicker problem. You didn't mention which version of DVDA. The later version seems to render menus a little better than the earlier ones however it's still not stellar.

Your jaggies problem I'm not so certain about however the menu pages are converted to mpeg-2 at the DVDA project bitrate, I always set this to 8Mb/sec. This has nothing to do with your program video's bitrate if you've already encoded it to mpeg.
