Text Media key frame control

Hi,
I've recently upgraded from Vegas 5 to Vegas 7.....when using the text generator, I've noticed that I'm unable to insert keyframes in the same way I did in Vegas 5. I've searched the documentation and can't seem to find any information. I'm trying to scale my simple text across time...........thanks in advance for any input.

Eh? I've got both open, V5 and V7 and I can't see a difference between V5 and V7 for k/f-ing the Scaling? Please explain a bit fuller?

Is it possible your keyframe timeline is hidden? You might try moving the mouse just above the bottom edge of the box. It should turn into an up/down arrow. Click and drag upwards.

That was it....duh......it was hidden....thanks so much, I thought I was losing my mind
