Text Scrolling problem - Link inside demonstation

Im working on a Mini TV show. Ive already made one episode but I noticed a problem

Jump to the 1:09 marker when I start to have scrolling text. The text seems to twitch and isnt smooth.

The video your watching I didnt right click on the key frames and choose smooth. But I made another video in which I did that but it made no difference. It still has the text twitching. Does anyone know how I can fix that or if I can fix it to make it much smoother?

Sorry if its a dumb question I just upgraded from movie maker to vegas a little over a week ago so theres still alot I probably dont know

I watched the movie and it seems that ALL movement is jerky, especially the beginning sequence. The only movement that doesn't seem jerky is when you are talking in the little box at the upper left.

I watched it in HD.

Maybe it's a streaming issue? I am on a corporate T1 line.

Is it jerky when you watch the file on your hard drive, and not through YouTube?
