Text to speach not working on Vegas 21

I am able to log into HUB, but when I go to text to speach, a dialog box opens out stating: "the feature is available after you log in". The login button is inactive and I can not click on it, which I guess makes sense since I am already logged into hub. I tired this the other way, where I am not logged into the hub, I go to use text to speech, this activates the login button, brings up by account so I try to log in, but that results in the system either freezing or little progress wheel spinning forever... Any suggestions?

It's working over here. Do you have the 365 subscription? You have to be subscribed to have this feature.

I logged out, went to the Hub window and logged in. Sometimes it gives an error and I repeat the process and eventually get in. Quite annoying but eventually works. If that doesn't help try support (top of this page). I assume you are using a 365 subscription.

Thank you Reyfox & RogerS. Yes I do have the subscription and I tried what Roger suggested. You are correct, it eventually let me in:) I hope I will not have to repeat that "multi logging" process each time I try to use it:)

We are receiving several reports of some oddities with the logging to the hub features. I have informed the team working on this stuff.
