Text to Speech Error

Text to speech error is showing

"An error occurred which canceled the synthesis operation

Reason: Error

Error code: Service Timeout

Message: "USP error: timeout waiting for the first audio chunk"

Trying to get Text to speech to work, does this have something to do with a windows update?

Anything helps. Thanks.

I have Vegas Pro 365 and can login just fine. I type the text and get this error when I try and play or insert.

Same here. When I try to use text-to-speech, I get the error message in the screenshot.

After pressing Play, it hangs for about 1 minute, then it gives the ServiceTimeout error.

It started working for me again.

I think the most recent Vegas update fixed it.

However, I changed another setting that fixed a lot of issues on my profile at the same time, so I'm not sure which one fixed it.

I also enabled SLS and TLS Protocols. There is a picture of how to enable those here:

It was probably the update, but just in case this might help someone else.
