I set up a template specifically for this task. I render to uncompressed AVI, 654x480, PAR 1.0, 29.97fps interlaced, turn off Interleave and OpenDML, no audio. Particle Illusion and other software seems to handle this format quite well. The output from PI can simply be plopped back onto Vegas' timeline.

Why is it I can picture Spot passed out from the night before on the thick shag carpet with a beer bottle still in his hand and DGrob saying to you "Get em out o' here!"
