Wow! what a week..my hometown Melbourne put on a dazzling display...hope you all enjoyed the show!
Now remember last week I panicked about the Hidef & huge screen? Well... as usual it was a case of someone not knowing quite what he was talking about....
I ended up talking to the audio guy..and the screen was to be 17 meters squared.much better..no hi-def needed there...
I put together a quick slide show got immediate approval and then slotted in 52 VGA sized low res photos...added simple X fades and then with the help of a really nifty FREE plug in from VASST left it to render out the PAL MPEG2 & AC3 audio files for me.
Next morning I burned the DVD and it all went 100 % from there..
I even managed to get a convert from premmie pro to Vegas. .the guy was so keen he popped out and bought the Vegas& DVD set during lunch... ( maybe I should be a salesperson..??? lol )
A big thank you to all of you for your help.I am pleased that my first B2B job was viewed by thousands...now I'm hoping for more work.... :>)
