The audio I put on the timeline isn't fully there now

It's the first time that this is happening to me and I can't find an answer to this. I'm adding a video and audio to the timeline, after setting everything up and testing it, I rewind to the beginning of the whole video to see the result and when I get to that part, the audio is messed up. It's like it got cut on the beginning and extended to more than I set it to be. I tried removing and putting it back, but then it looks like the media itself in the explorer is messed up like that, although it isn't because whenever I open it on my PC it's perfectly fine. I also tried deleting the .sfk file and deleting all the cache, but nothing worked so far. If someone can help me with this, I'll be much grateful.

Thank you.

Can you post the MediaInfo which lists all the file's pertinent attributes.
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo.
Otherwise you need to transcode the file to a Vegas friendly format in Handbrake or Shutter Encoder (both are free).

You could also put the file on a WeTransfer or a cloud drive like Dropbox, so we may investigate first hand.

btw @Wolfsaiman, welcome to the Vegas users community.

Thank you for the warm welcome. Which file in specific do you need me to send? The .sfk file or the media file I'm having issues with?

An update on this, after messing around a bit I found out the problem could be the video itself, considering all the other media I downloaded were working fine and after I downloaded a different video to replace it, it worked correctly. However, after a while another video had that issue with the audio, cutting a little bit at the end. Should I send that video file or the .sfk file created after being set on the timeline?

Thank you in advance.

Another update, after restarting the software, the new audio was fixed. The first one had to be replaced after every attempt of fixing it, but this one seemed to be a temporary error, probably a preview bug. At this point I'm not sure if I can provide information to solve this in future cases, considering I ended up fixing it by accident.

The media file, The <.sfk> audio waveform file is unimportant and is redrawn when opened in SF or VP.
