It's in the Video FX folder which is defaulted to open in Vegas.

now they list all filters that come with vegas as 'Sony' ___________ (fill in filter name, like Broadcast Colors). Annoys the hell out of me as I'd like to look under 'b' for Broadcast rather than 's'.
Oh well, not the end of the world.
