This file of your faultmodule "C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\d3d9.dll" I don't have on my machine where Vegas 20 is properly installed.
You have to state here your hardware where you try to run Vegas 20:
- Processor ?
- Possible GPU?
- Exact Windows version?
- VPro Install location?

Uninstall / Remove all DirectX plugins or filters you have installed on your system.

If there is a MAGIX engineer here I would really encourage him to help me. I am now testing Premiere Pro and I am closer and closer to pick it as my video editor. It works perfectly on my machine, with the same setup, and does not crash whatsoever. Thanks in advance!
