the render taking to much time (HELP)

Hello guys.

my render time is taking to long i tried render it in NVENC "gbu rtx 2080" and in cpu 9 3395x 16 core 32 thread which is very good cpu for render far as i know but they all have the same problem. but i don't know what the problem but when i checked my cpu load i notice it goes down then up. down then up. then i tried to render it with gpu but  i notice the same thing it goes down then up down then up

i tested the 2 renders with 2.5 gb video

@ibrahim-v If you watch your NVENC renders you should see it pause every 60frames. That will tie in with the zigzag CPU and encoding graphs. I had not realized this also happens with CPU, possibly because CPU encoding will often take much longer and not be as obvious.

You could look at Voukoder plugin and encode via that. Generally encoding Nvenc via Voukoder will be faster because that delay is reduced or prevented. From memory greatest increase in encoding speed is at 720P where I measured something like a 40% speedup, speed gain not so good at other resolutions

You can try a sample project if you like and compare your results to similar systems. I have just about the same GPU and it performs fine in Vegas. Even with the up and down the overall time is quite good.

bro your zigzag load does not have big gap. mine go from 99% to 49%. but your load does not have that much gap it's fine

MagixAVC has the zigzags you don't like voukoder doesn't. You can also see the Voukoder encode finished faster. So Yes the ZigZags are bad for performance, it's adding latency for no real reason, but voukoder fixes that. You may ask why doesn't Magix fix this. Good question, but they're not talking about it as a problem, so install voukoder, you'll be happier.

Mine's probably waiting on the slow CPU : )

If you really care Voukoder's NVENC encode mode loads the GPU more consistently but the end result is only about 10% faster. Quality-wise Voukoder is also quite good and has many settings to adjust.

how can i use Voukoder's  in vegas?

Download Voukoder and the appropriate connector from here: https://www.voukoder.org/forum/thread/783-downloads-instructions/

Install Voukoder and after installation Voukoder will show up in the rendertemplates list.
