I bought Movie Studio Platinum Suite years ago, learned it and used it for multiple projects. Now, in 2014, when I click the VERY SAME icon I used for years, nothing happens. It will not open. Finally, up comes a window saying my TRIAL VERSION (for pity's sake, people) is over and now I must pay someone some money in order to use the Stinking Program I ALREADY OWN.
I even tried reloading it, only to get, at the critical moment, a faithless message from Sony saying, "Whups, buddy: Trial Version she is finished. Now, must pay: American dollars, please." But, of course, I have already paid, haven't I . . . but, I digress.
Multiple attempts to reach someone at SONY have failed. These people have successfully incubated themselves from anyone with even the smallest problem, and they have done it well. No telling what they are really planning.
Meantime, I need to work with the program THAT I OWN, people. Does anyone have any idea on how to get the program THAT I ALREADY OWN to open?
