'The system is low on memory' whilst rendering video in 60fps

I'm using Sony Vegas 14 Pro and I can't render my video in full HD 60fps eventhough the project video size is originally 1080p, first I couldn't render because of freezing issues and now it's because of this

It's ridiculous, my PC has 16GB of RAM and I don't have any other applications running in the background. I'm running into problems like these whenever I try to render something in the best quality possible.

Please let me know if there's a fix for this.

Search the forum for 'memory low' and you will find several posts. Something in them may be applicable to your problem and help you identify the cause. Failing that post details of your source material etc and what you are doing to them (FX etc).
