Three Point Editing

I have an in and an out marked in my timeline. I have an in point in the trimmer.
How do I insert video only to the timeline.
If I "Add Media From Cursor" video and audio go to the time line, and I can't drag and right click with only an in point in the trimmer.
What's the trick?

Press tab to cycle through audio and video.

The tab only works if you have an in and an out marked in the trimmer. What if you only have an in point in the trimmer. And both in and out in the timeline?

I GOT IT!
You select the whole clip in the trimmer, then you togle the Tab key to select video only, an then you mark your in point then press A. And you got it.

You can also right click/drag and choose Video Only when you drop it to the timeline, but Tab and A are the most efficient, IMO.
