V22 latest build. Thumbnails not refreshing while playing back the timeline. If you press stop or pause than they refresh.

I have close media files if not the active application deselected.
Also if I drag the timeline bar to show media off the page they do not refresh until I release the mouse.
Have I missed a setting somewhere?
@andyrpsmith Can confirm. Problem also in V21. Tried V17 and thumbnails update as timeline scrolls. I hadn't noticed until you brought it up, as I usually turn thumbnails off.
@andyrpsmith, my assumption was that was to speed up playback of the timeline so it didn't have to "slow down" to create the next batch of thumbnails.

They might as well do away with the scrolling timeline all together. My guess is they haven't fully transitioned over to whatever "new" code they are working on.
