Tiktok have 2 different qualities, the mobile version has distorted audio in Vegas, while the higher quality version has an aspect ratio problem, the mobile version crashes Vegas. I don't need any Vegas workarounds, just highlighting this so can be fixed in the future or ignored, but if ignored block the mobile version audio from playing so it doesn't cause a crash.
For the high quality versions of tiktok, Vegas gets the aspect ratio wrong but when I change pixels to square and I encode to 1080x1080 from a 1920x1080 project I don't get the expected black bars.
Is that 1080x1080 encode without black bars explainable, as in, is Vegas is behaving as expected, or is that unusual also?
*duplicate frames are in source, not the fault of Vegas

Everything here has been fixed in VP22 along with older audio formats not shown here that had different audio faults, beeps and high peak audio at beginning/end

@Former user It doesn't seem to. When I imported a clip from TikTok with an audio problem into VP22, it was misidentified as mono audio.
In VP21, it was correctly identified as stereo, but with beeps.

@zzzzzz9125 You're right, I went back too far , 2020 tiktok audio plays in stereo but newer AVC versions with this audio format play in mono as you say.
