Tiling video events?

Hey everyone, was searching for forums and didn't find anything on this topic... sooooo, I'll ask away.

Is there an easy way to drop an effect on a single event in the timeline to split the window/event into a specified number of tiled boxes? Say a screen split 4 or 6 or 8 ways that automatically shrinks down the video event and tiles it?

There's no real simple effect for this built in. However, you can place the video event on as many tracks as needed and then use track motion to shrink each down and position it. Do a search for "brady bunch" and you'll find lots of discussion.

Tsunami has a video wall feature but you have to put the event on as many tracks as needed (i.e. you create 16 tracks for a 4x4 wall.)
