Time Code

Hi
Has anyone a script that will place HH:MM:SS:ts:ms ? on all frames?
At 60 fps I have a problem of getting a reasonable distribution of time across frames.

what you basically want is a 60fps based time code instead of standard 30fps (or 29,97...) so you have a different number on each frame ?

Yes but I would like to show at least time code as small as fields per frame.
So I guess what I need is 120 counts per second,
