Time Stretch / pitch shift Method script (again)

Hi!

It is a question often asked, but they are very old, so I will ask again :)

Is there any way to change these properties within a script (pitch shift with elastic, classic, etc.)

Thanks! I saw this answer, but as it is a bit dated I hoped it was implemented by now.
