Just gotten around to trying out Vegas 7.0a. There seems to be quite some additional format support and improvement to workflow and interface. Although it complained about Quicktime plug-in not initialised properly when I first opened some veg files made in V6 with it, I managed to fix that by uninstalling Quicktime 7.0.2 (it requires 7.0.3!!) and installed the latest version.

But then I noticed the percentage reading in the lower right corner of a time-stretched audio event went disappeared. Is this normal? The help, I consulted, seems to suggests otherwise: just like the help in Vegas 6.0d, it still says there is suppose to be a percentage reading in the lower right corner of a time-stretched audio event.
