It has since been pointed out to me, that Magix discourages users to add scripts to C:\Program Files\Vegas\Vegas Pro 21.0\Script Menu, and also that this location is only available for Vegas Pro 21 to use. Instead create C:\users\username\Appdata\local\Vegas Pro\Script Menu, then copy the .cs files to that location.

Personally, I prefer <My Documents>\Vegas Script Menu as it is a much easier location to locate. Just open Explorer, go to "My Documents" and it will be there. Then I don't have to scroll through/remember all those folders (appdata, local, etc...) to find it.

@wjauch

Can you please repost the material from this link: https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=kZezth0ZDUsCRQSi8Wznrw4kdvF4ghEDyboy

I'm developing a Timecode Tool for Vegas and would like to test it on your videos and audios.

Sure. I'd run out of storage, and needed to delete them so I could send other files to someone. Will reupload to cloud.

@Former user

Here is the new download link: https://mega.nz/folder/UfthDJYa#_hZrfHlps-XRO_j4JkVRoQ

FYI the R3D files are from a Red DSMC1 Dragon. AFAIK the Red sdk used by Vegas is 7 or so years old and does not support R3d files from newer Red cameras. Hopefully this will change as Vegas team overhauls the underlying video engine.

Do post when you succeed with developing the tool.
