Timeline blank and without any track - Sony Vegas Pro 15 trial version

Hello.
I'm currently using the trial version of Sony Vegas, before buying it.
Yesterday, I was using normally the software.
Today, I'm getting a problem : the timeline doesn't show up, or, at least, there's the "space" for the timeline, but if I import any video(ever Vegas premade videos) I can see the video in the preview but I can't see timeline and tracks.

I can add video and audio tracks but I can't see them.
I tried to re-download the software three times, reset window layouts to default layouts, reset all the preferences, I searched all over the internet to discover a way to fix that problem.
I didn't find anything.

Please, help me. I attach a screenshot and some informations on my Sony Vegas build.

Sony Vegas Pro 15.0 trial version, Build 177 (I know, that's not the last build, but I can't update : when I try it says "Sony Vegas already installed")
Windows 10 (64-bit)

Processor : AMD A4-6300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (it's weak, unluckily).

Could you please go to the "Help" menu and select the "About..." option. Please take a snapshot of the dialog box and post it, which could help us determine the status of the install.

I am having the exact same issue and can only think that I have accidentally installed the 32 bit version on a 64 bit OS

There is no 32-bit version.

Standard advice for this issue is to submit a Support Request at https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/vegas/form containing your serial number and user name.
