Timeline preview on ext monitor Problem

The timeline preview on external PC monitor looks fuzzy.

It also looks fuzzy in the small internal Preview Window

Whats wrong? Vegas Version 5 was fine.

Do I Need to uninstall cineform connect HD Ver.1.6

I Have Nvidia Fx5200 Video card.

Could be a number of things but in the past Vegas always based it's external preview on the internal preview window. So, if you set the preview window to auto and then sized it way down, vegas would output that reduced image and then scale it up. This makes it look kind of bad.
