OK, wanting to get more "accurate" Markers to a fast Stinger I created from CineScore, I couldn't get TT Audio Beat Detection well enough from the GetGo to make a grab at the frequencies I needed.
So, thinking sideways, and having recently used the iZo RX Spectrum Analyzer, for noise RX, I was able to pin down the range of freqs the drumbeats from 3 separate percussion instruments were making. I then applied THREE passes for THREE separate freq ranges and built up a forest of Markers each truly accurate to what TT needed.
You can almost imagine the rhythm from the markers position:-
The attack is good enough and with a few tweaks I'm feeling quietly confident that the Media I script to the Markers will work nicely!
I hope this esoteric approach is of assistance.
