Title freezing up

whenever I try to put in a title with Platinum 11, the program freezes up and I have to close it. I can edit fine I just can't use the media generator at all with freezing up the program. HELP!

How fast is your processor, how much RAM do you have and how much free, defragmented space is on your C drive?

If you are editing to a second or external drive, is it formatted NTFS or FAT32, as they come from the factory?

What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is it?

Are you applying a shadow to your title text. I think there is still a known problem if you do this. Use the legacy text media generator instead.
